Norman Seawright is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate from the Schulich School of Business. Norman has over 25 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, buying and selling of businesses, business valuations, estate freezes, succession planning and dispute resolutions for corporate and family businesses. Norman has been President of NewCap Financial inc. since 1996, which has an extensive client base that includes automotive, retail, manufacturing, financial services, software and insurance.
